From deciding to remain in a rigorous STEM school to now determined to pursue a career in medicine, I have always harbored a significant interest in the math and science fields. Although AP Exams may seem daunting with their college-level content, I believe in the possibility of simplifying them for students, and attaining maximum success on the exam. With the valuable insight that I have learned from sitting for these AP exams, I am confident in providing concrete results in content mastery.
Why We Started BNS
We're three students who know exactly what it feels like to stare down a stack of AP prep books two weeks before exam season. We've been there — the late nights, the confusing textbooks, the free-response questions that seem impossible.
But we also know what it feels like to walk out of an exam confident, knowing the strategies and frameworks clicked into place. We want every student to have that experience.
BNS — Beyond Normal Scores — was founded on the belief that the best tutors aren't always the ones furthest from the exam. Sometimes the most effective guidance comes from someone who just aced it, who remembers every confusing concept and found the clearest way through.
We started BNS to share what actually works — not just what textbooks say, but the real strategies, patterns, and shortcuts that we discovered through experience. Our goal is simple: help you go beyond the score you thought was possible.
